Porcelain Veneers

Porcelain veneers are thin, tooth-coloured porcelain (ceramic) pieces carefully shaped to bond to and cover the front of unsightly teeth.  They are a more conservative treatment than a crown and can be used if the tooth to be veneered is strong and healthy.

Porcelain veneers are excellent for treating stained or discoloured teeth, chipped teeth, crooked teeth, worn teeth, teeth that are too small in proportion to the rest of the mouth and to correct gaps between front teeth.  These veneers appear incredibly natural and are virtually undetectable.

Although porcelain veneers are highly durable, they are not permanent.  They may last many years but will eventually need to be replaced.
